I wanted to update you since my last message, following the increased measures recently announced by the government to help halt the spread of COVID-19.
We are continuing to respond to requests for the retrieval and collection of documents and data, prioritising our customers who are providing emergency services - those helping fight coronavirus and save lives. As an example, we are a critical supplier to many NHS trusts, helping them to keep patient records safe, secure and accessible.
We are also supporting the rest of our customers that need access to their data. We are working with them to provide alternative methods of delivery, including Scan on Demand, home deliveries and safe collection points.
A large element of our work cannot be done at home, especially our teams working in frontline services. The health, safety, and wellbeing of our people and the communities they work in is our priority. We have changed many of our working methods to ensure that we can operate safely and in full conformance with the most recent Public Health England guidelines.
Our office-based teams are working from home handling new and existing customer business, as well as staying in regular contact with each other, to help keep our business running and support the people that need our services.
I am extremely grateful to our employees for the way in which they have adapted and responded to this exceptional and unique situation.
